ABRSM and Trinity exam dates for music teachers

Teach piano, violin or theory? Add the instrument to your students' subjects and your calendar shows ABRSM and Trinity exam sessions, theory papers and booking deadlines in Singapore — each with the official source. They're on the Key dates page too.

Every email to a family, on their profile

Open a student and scroll to Emails to see everything sent about them — welcome, reminders, lesson changes, invoices and payment reminders — with who it went to and whether it was sent. Tap one to read it.

How to check a family's emails

Every parent gets their page by email

Every student now has a parent page from the start — no link to create. Add a parent's email and they get a welcome email from your name with their page and the lessons you've booked — on every plan. Reminder and invoice emails always include the link too. New accounts also start with lesson reminders switched on.

How parent pages are sent

Addresses from a postal code

In Singapore, type just the 6-digit postal code for your centre, your home or a lesson's location, and the full address fills in. Add the unit number, then click Check on map to be sure. Parents and students tap Directions on their page to go straight there.

How to set a lesson's location

Student pages

Every student can now have their own private page: upcoming lessons with the address or online link, make-ups and exam countdowns — no fees. Add a student's email and it's sent to them automatically (switch this in Reminders). Older students who pay for their own lessons can see their invoices too.

Free tools for tutors

Three free tools anyone can use, no sign-up: a PayNow QR invoice generator, a 2026 tuition rates calculator, and a monthly fee calculator that skips Singapore public holidays. Share them with tutor friends.

Open the free tools

Refer a tutor, get a free month

Know other tutors? Send them your link from Refer a tutor in the menu. Their first month is free. When they set up, you both get an extra free student on the Free plan; when they join a paid plan, your next month is free — up to 12 free months a year.

How referring works

Sign in with Google, Face ID or a code

Signing in is quicker: Continue with Google, look at your phone with Face ID (or use your fingerprint), or get a 6-digit code by email instead of typing a password. Your account, password and data stay exactly as they were. Turn on Face ID in Settings → Sign-in.

How to turn on Face ID

Automatic card payments

Parents can now pay by card on their parent page — and save the card so every new invoice is paid by itself — fewer late or missed payments, no chasing, and the money deposited into your bank automatically. Powered by Stripe. PayNow stays free; card has a small fee on top of Stripe's (1.5% on Free down to 0.5% on Centre). Set it up in Settings → Card payments (about 5 minutes).

Earn 30% recommending TuitionCRM

Know other tutors or a tuition centre? Join the affiliate program and get your own link straight away — you earn 30% of what each tutor you refer pays in their first 6 months, paid by PayNow, with a private page showing your clicks, sign-ups and earnings.

See how you were paid, and get told when you are

Every paid invoice now shows how it was paid — Card, PayNow, Bank transfer or Cash (change it on the invoice). Income has a new chart of card vs PayNow vs bank, plus your automatic monthly income from parents paying by card. And you get a "You've been paid" email when a card payment comes in, or when a parent taps "I've paid".

How card payments work

Receipts and Recent payments

A paid invoice now becomes a receipt — download it as an image or PDF, and parents can download theirs from their parent page. Overview has a new Recent payments list showing who paid, how (card, automatic card, or marked paid) and when.

How to send a receipt

Teachers: clearer emails and safer pay

Teacher emails now always include their schedule link, say "covering" only when they're covering, and tell them when a lesson's length, room or place changes or a cancelled lesson is back on. Add a teacher with their WhatsApp number and email from any lesson or class, and send their link straight after adding them. Mark paid can't pay a teacher twice from two devices, removing a teacher keeps the lessons they already taught today, changing a class's teacher leaves cover lessons alone, two teachers can't share a name, and admins no longer see or change teacher pay.

How teacher emails work

Blocked time shows in every calendar view

Time you block out for part of a day (like 9am–12pm) now shows in Month view too, and as a grey dot in Year view — not just in Week and Day.

Your own tutor website

A one-page website at tuitioncrm.com/tutors/your-name — your photo, subjects, results, parents' videos, questions and an enquiry form. It's started for you from your account; add your photo and publish. Choose any colours and lettering you like, show parents' video testimonials, and preview it as a phone or a computer. WhatsApp and Telegram chat buttons stay in the corner so parents can message you from anywhere on the page, and enquiries turn into a student in one tap. Analytics show your visitors, how many started and sent the form, WhatsApp taps and the share who got in touch. Included on every plan.

Tutor website & link in bio

Link in bio for Instagram, TikTok and Telegram

One link with buttons to your WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and website, at tuitioncrm.com/@yourname, with a QR code for flyers. Pick its own lettering and any colours you like — or a ready-made look. Free includes 3 links; Pro up to 20, with how many people tap each link.

New plan: Pro Plus, for busy tutors and small teams

Up to 70 students and you + 2 teachers for S$119 a month — or S$99 a month paid yearly. Pro is now for up to 30 students (everyone already on Pro keeps 50), and going a few over is fine for 30 days. Yearly plans now get 2 months free, and your first month on any paid plan is S$15.

Teachers mark attendance — and their pay is worked out

Teachers tap Came or Absent and write lesson notes from their schedule link; make-ups and invoices update by themselves. Set each teacher's pay per lesson, per hour or as a % of fees, see what you owe each month, and mark it paid to add it to your expenses.

How teacher pay works

Full-screen calendar

Click Full screen on the Schedule to hide the menus and give your calendar the whole screen. Click Exit full screen or press Esc to go back.

Running a centre: cover teachers, leave, rooms and staff logins

Give an away teacher's lessons to someone else in one step and tell the parents; mark teachers' leave; add rooms so two classes can't be booked in one; email teachers automatically when their lessons change; message every parent in a class at once; and give admin staff their own login — while income, PayNow, plan and teacher pay stay with the owner.

How staff logins work

Teachers: safer changes

Removing a teacher who has left now only moves their upcoming lessons to you — past lessons keep their name, so their pay and income history stay right. Schedule shows a Needs attention list when a lesson falls in a teacher's leave or a teacher is booked twice at once, and Cover lessons warns if the cover teacher isn't free. Changing a student's usual teacher offers to move their booked lessons too; adding more lessons to a series keeps its teacher; and room clashes are now caught when you save or reschedule. Teachers can mark attendance up to 30 days back, and their link refreshes by itself. The Teachers page shows who has no email (so isn't told about changes) and whose link is paused by your plan.

How removing a teacher works

Free notes that bring you leads

Share free PDFs — notes, worksheets, formula sheets — on your website and link in bio. People leave their name and WhatsApp or email to download, and show up in your Enquiries. See how many times each one is downloaded. Free includes 1 PDF; Pro up to 10.

How to share free notes

Templates and button styles

Pick one of 8 ready-made designs for your website and link in bio, then fine-tune the fonts, colours and buttons — rounded, pill or square; filled, outline or shadow. Words stay easy to read on any colour you choose.

How to change your design

Testimonials is now Get students

Your website, link in bio, video testimonials and Google reviews are together under Get students in the menu, each in its own tab.

Video testimonials from parents

Send a parent a link on WhatsApp or email. They record a short video on their phone with your questions on screen — or upload one they already filmed — and it arrives in TuitionCRM to watch, download and share. Every video is written out as text, ready to quote. Free includes 1; Pro 20 a year; Centre 150 a year.

Testimonials & Google reviews

Ask for Google reviews in two taps

Save your Google review link once, then send it to any parent — or several at once. Parents who send a video, or visit their parent page, are offered your review link too.

How to ask for a Google review

A good time to ask

Your Overview now suggests parents who've reached 3, 6 or 12 months with you — the best moment to ask for a review — and parents who haven't recorded get one gentle reminder after 3 days.

Full exam timetables

Every PSLE, O-Level and A-Level 2026 paper with its time, straight from SEAB, plus the IB May 2027 and November 2026 sessions — with a search box to find one subject's papers.

Singapore exam dates

A shorter, cleaner menu

PayNow, Teachers and your account now live together under Settings, and Key dates is a tab in Schedule. Every page is still where its link points.

Monthly to yearly in one tap

Paying monthly? Switch to yearly from your Plan tab and get a month free — you only pay the difference.
