Your own tutor website and link in bio — free, ready in minutes
Get a one-page website at tuitioncrm.com/tutors/your-name, already filled in from your account: your subjects, rates, results, a Wall of love with what parents say, and an enquiry form. Parents tap to chat on WhatsApp or Telegram, or download your free notes — and every enquiry lands in TuitionCRM, ready to turn into a student.
Free on every plan, with 3 link-in-bio links and 1 free-notes PDF. Pro includes up to 20 links, 10 PDFs and taps on each link.
How it works
- 1
It's started for you
Your name and the subjects you teach are filled in. Add your photo, a line about you, your rates and results.
- 2
Pick a design
Tap one of 8 templates, then change fonts, colours and button styles if you like — the preview shows phone and computer.
- 3
Publish and share
Your address is tuitioncrm.com/tutors/your-name. Copy it, share it on WhatsApp, or download a QR code for flyers.
- 4
Get enquiries
Parents WhatsApp or Telegram you, send the enquiry form or download your free notes. Turn an enquiry into a student in one tap.
What you get
- WhatsApp and Telegram buttonsAt the top of the page and in the corner as parents scroll. WhatsApp opens with a first message already typed.

- A Wall of loveShow parents' written words, videos and WhatsApp screenshots, with a short name under each one.
- Link in bioA page of buttons for your Instagram, TikTok and Telegram bio, with its own look.
- StatsVisitors each day, who started and sent the form, chat taps, downloads and the share who got in touch.
- Readable on any colourPick any colours and 25 fonts — words turn dark or white by themselves so they're always easy to read.

Common questions
Is the tutor website really free?
Yes — the website and link in bio are included on every plan, including Free. Free has 3 links in your link in bio and 1 free-notes PDF; Pro has up to 20 links and 10 PDFs.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. Your page is built to be read by search engines and listed in our sitemap. It helps to add the link to your Google Business Profile, Carousell listing and tuition agency profiles.
Can parents contact me on Telegram instead of WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp, Telegram or both — the buttons appear at the top of your page and in the corner as parents scroll.
Can I share free notes or worksheets?
Yes, as PDFs up to 10 MB. You confirm each one is your own material — not school exam or prelim papers, SEAB past-year papers or pages from a publisher's book.
